‘Rewilding the Mind’ At The Source Arts Centre
Acclaimed writer and documentarian, Manchán Magan is bringing his ‘Rewilding the Mind’ lecture to the Source Arts Centre this December.
This talk will discuss the stories of creation, myths and legends that have been passed down through Irish generations and how mythological and physical clues left behind by our ancestors gives us an insight into their beliefs and customs around the physical and magical realm.
He will also bring audiences on an exploration of the important role played by the goddess in ancient Irish rituals and folklore which have been down through millennia. As well as this the links between our ancient heritage and other indigenous cultures.
This talk will be held on Tuesday December 3rd starting at 8pm and will last approximately 1 hour and 10 mins. Tickets are priced at €18 and are available for purchase through the Source Arts Centre website
