Cashel Library Holds Online Services Talk for Positive Aging Week 2024
In association with Positive Aging Week, Cashel Library is hosting a talk showing people how to use the online service BorrowBox and other online services that are available to their members. This event will take place on Monday the 30th of September at 11am.
BorrowBox is a free library app which can be downloaded to iPhone, iPad, Kindle Fire and all other Android devices. This app was designed to give easy access to books, newspapers, audiobooks and podcasts for library members. This app creates a place where library members can access the same services that would be available to them at their local library without having to leave the comfort of their own home, which can be especially helpful for older people, those with busy lives and others who may find it difficult to attend their local library in person.
