Wreath Making Workshop at Killenaule Library for Positive Aging Week 2024

Wreath Making with The Irish Flower Whisperer

On Thursday the 3rd of October at 11am, Killenaule Library (E41 A7K7) are holding a ‘Wreath Making’ class led by Róisín O’Connell otherwise known as The Irish Flower Whisperer.  

Róisín specialises in working with a variation of plants to create spectacular flower arrangements, bouquets and wreaths. She also hosts classes across the county to teach others how to make their own.  

Killenaule Library’s ‘Wreath Making’ class is being run as part of Positive Aging Week 2024. Positive Aging Week aims to showcase the strengths of the elderly members in our communities and to encourage their agency. This year Positive Aging Week will be celebrated with various events catered towards older people taking place nationwide from September 30th to October 6th.
