The ICSH Allianz Biennial Community Housing Awards 2025 offers a platform to demonstrate innovation and sustainability in public housing projects that our approved housing bodies members, Tipperary County Council and the Land Development Agency deliver for communities across the country. The 2025 Awards recognise excellence across eight individual categories. The ICSH seeks category entries from both urban and rural projects that communicate the diversity of affordable housing being delivered across the country.

Winners will be announced at the ICSH National Housing Conference on Wednesday 15th October 2025 in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan.
The categories are: Family Housing (up to 40 homes and over 40 homes); Housing with Supports; Regeneration and Renewal; Building Community; Leading the Climate Change Transition; Creative Delivery, Collaboration and Supply; Cost Rental and Embedding Affordability; Margaret O’Leary Award for Achievement in Community Housing
A panel of judges from a variety of housing specialisations will consider the entry submissions and will assess the projects against each of the following criteria: Context and location; Design Solution; Resident Experience and Sustainability and Inclusion.
Who Should Enter?
The awards are open to all local authorities, housing associations (also known as approved housing bodies) and housing co-operatives across the country, offering an opportunity to highlight public housing delivery achievements and innovative housing initiatives that are the cornerstone of sustainable communities. And this year we’re welcoming applications from The Land Development Agency, which has become a key partner in delivering public and affordable housing recently.
