Tipperary Artist Jacqueline Gartlan To Host Painting Classes At The Cabragh Wetlands

The Cabragh Wetlands are hosting a series of painting classes beginning on the 13th of January. These classes will focus on the basics of painting, creating a calm, relaxing environment to express your creative side through the art of painting. Sessions will be held every Monday morning from 10am to 12:30pm for a six-week period and will cost €150.
Painting classes at the Cabragh Wetlands will be taught by local artist Jacqueline Gartlan. She specialises in working with oil paints and is self-taught. Her art has been displayed all over Ireland and she was even chosen as a participant on the prestigious show Sky Portrait Artist of the Year in 2021. Jacqueline strives to evoke emotion in her audience and much of her work is based on the past and its influence on the present. She is also inspired by the Irish landscape and seascapes.
