Go Pro – A type of underwater camera

A unique exhibition of underwater photography is being held in Nenagh Library over the course of the coming weeks. The photographs feature a wide range of fish, anemones and other marine life taken by divers. This exhibition is associated with the Diving Ireland Expo which will be held at the Abbey Court Hotel Nenagh in March.  

Diving Ireland’s underwater photography who took the photographs featured in the exhibition was set up over 15 years ago to provide a place for underwater photographers to share their advice and tips with each other and to share their experiences with a wider audience. Within the group diving photographers offer each other advice on the best equipment to capture good photographs, which cameras are suitable for this type of photography and critique one another in a constructive way.  

The underwater photography exhibition is free to attend and will be open to the public on the following days and times:

Friday   9:30am – 1pm & 2pm – 5pm
