How The Grinch Stole Christmas Pyjama Party At The Source Arts Centre

How The Grinch Stole Christmas

The Source Arts Centre is set to ring in the festive season this December with a special pyjama party and a showing of Dr Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Adults and children alike are invited to wear their favourite pyjamas and snuggle in with a blanket to enjoy this festive favourite.

How The Grinch Stole Christmas directed by Ron Howard tells the live action story of Dr. Suess’ miserable Grinch who lives high on Mount Crumpit overlooking the Christmas crazy town of Whoville. The Grinch, who hates Christmas cannot stand the festive cheer coming from the town below and devises a plan to get rid of the holiday all together. By posing as Santa Claus, he aims to break into every house in Whoville and steal the gifts Santa has left behind. However, his plans are hindered by a joyful and friendly litter girl named Cindy Lou Who and this chance encounter may just change the Grinch’s outlook on Christmas forever.

The film is one hour and forty-five minutes in length. It is rated PG and contains scenes that may be frightening for younger children. The pyjama party will be held on Saturday December 7th with two parties held on the day, one at 3pm and another at 7pm. Tickets are available here  and are priced at 13 individually or 46 for a family of four people.
