Clonmel Library’s Exhibition Of Jacqueline Gartlan’s Work Ends Soon

Jacqueline Gartlan Exhibition

Clonmel Library’s exhibition of artist Jacqueline Gartlan’s work is entering its final days. The exhibition, which has been open to the public since the 18th of November, showcases the paintings from the 2021 participant of Sky’s ‘Portrait Artist of the Year’. Jacqueline Gartlan is a self-taught artist living in Tipperary where she paints many different subject matters from animals and people to landscapes and buildings. Her work aims to evoke a sense of emotion in the viewers through her perspective and ability to capture the essence of the subject she is painting. She is inspired by the connections between the past and the present and by the unique Irish landscape and seascapes.

This exhibition will end on the 30th of November, so these next few days offer a unique opportunity to view the work of one of Tipperary’s most accomplished artists.
