Introduction to Bridge at Cashel Library
A five-week introduction into the game of bridge is being hosted by Cashel Library. The introductory classes are set to begin on Friday the 1st of November and will run from 10:30am –12:30pm. The rest of the dates and times are listed below:

The aim of the course is to provide attendees with the basic skills needed to participate in the card game ‘Bridge’. Bridge is a game of skill and tricks traditionally played by four people in teams of 2. The player who has the highest card in the suit that has been led wins the trick. The game consists of 13 tricks and after these have all been played, the number of tricks won by each team is counted to determine the winner.
