Cashel Library Hosts Planting and Pollinator Workshops for Sustainable Development Goals Week 2024

As part of Sustainable Development Goals Week 2024, Cashel Library is partnering with Grow It Yourself Waterford to deliver workshops on seed sowing and pollinators. These workshops will be hosted by Adrian O’ Connor.
Grow It Yourself provides people with the skills to produce their own food in a sustainable manner and lead a healthier lifestyle. This workshop will focus on growing food, seed saving for replanting and gardening sustainably. It will also be run in conjunction with the LEAF project which fosters environmental education in young people and looks at the function of forests and ecological systems showcasing the key role they play in our world.
