Fun Filled Children’s Art Classes at South Tipperary Arts Centre
Starting on September 11th, 2024, South Tipperary Arts Centre will host a series of art classes for children. Classes will be open to children aged 5 to 8 and 9 to 12. These classes will aim to create a fun environment where children can develop their creativity and explore a range of crafts.
Drawing and Painting focused classes will be run on Wednesdays and Thursdays. All skill levels are welcome, and children will be given the opportunity to learn about new artistic techniques and how to use different materials to create artworks.
Friday’s classes will focus on crafts with a range of different mediums. Children will learn how to create using different media in a fun filled learning environment.
Both age groups will be separated into different time slots with 5 – 8-year-old classes running from 3:30 – 4:15 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 9 – 12-year-old classes running from 4:30 to 5:30 on Thursdays and Fridays.
Classes will take place upstairs in the South Tipperary Arts Centre (E91 W658), located near the centre of Clonmel. These art classes are priced at €60 for a 6-week block and are bookable through the South Tipperary Arts Centre Website Parents looking to book these classes should be advised to book as soon as possible as spaces are limited.
