Shanbally House To Host Elevate Fit Fest 2024
Munster’s biggest wellness festival is back by popular demand. Set in the beautiful grounds of Shanbally House E45 E447 near Nenagh, Elevate Fit Fest will take place over two days beginning on Saturday September 7th at 9am and finishing on September 8th at 4pm. The festival weekend will be jam packed with something for everyone from beginners on their fitness journey to fully fledged fitness fanatics.
Various tents around the venue will feature different elements of health and fitness. The Move tent will host high intensity dance, fight flow and self defence classes. The Mindfulness and Flow tents will showcase slower paced classes to help you slow down and reset. The Flow tent will also host everything from yoga and pilates to soundbaths and biotuning.
The Talk tent will provide a place for you to sit and listen to experts who will cover a range of topics from mental resilience to relationships and more.
For those interested in finding new healthy recipes there will be a range of cooking demonstrations from a host of familiar faces including Trisha Lewis (Trisha’s Transformation), Lou Robbie (Little Lou Cooks) and Eoin Sheehan from the Six O Clock Show.
Food trucks will be on site throughout the weekend to provide food and beverages to keep you fuelled for your fitness endeavours.
Tickets for the event can be purchased through Eventbrite – tickets . General admission is priced at €53.57 including booking fee and a full weekend ticket is priced at €76.78 including booking fee. This event is strictly for over 18’s.
