The live programme of Tipperary on Film will also include discussion about Eve’s theatre work in one person shows such as ‘The Bold Bridget Cleary’ for which she won Best Actress at the Galway Fringe Festival and ‘ The Cute Whore’ a play based on the life of an 18th Century courtesan and Madam, Peg Plunkett. That play chronicled Plunkett’s life from her childhood, to her fall from grace. Known at the time as the most notorious woman in Dublin, Plunkett met a tragic end. The work was performed at the Kinsale Arts Festival last Summer.

Eve has long been part of the Tipperary film and theatre scene. After spending some time in Hong Kong, she returned to Ireland to do a course on film and broadcasting. The session will also discuss Eve’s training in the theatre – she received an MA in Drama and Theatre from the National University of Galway -and her time spent in the Tyrone Guthrie Centre in Annaghmakerrig writing her most recent work.

‘Shadowland’ will be screened at 8 p.m. on Wednesday 24th March followed by discussion. Registration for this online webinar from:
