Belgian travel agents check out Tipperary
A leading Belgian tour operator – BT Tours – and some of its top-producing travel agents have been visiting Co Tipperary this week, as guests of Tourism Ireland and Fáilte Ireland.
The aim of the visit was to showcase some of the many things to see and do in Ireland’s Ancient East for Belgian holidaymakers and to really enthuse the travel agents about selling Ireland. One of the highlights of their time here was a tour of the Rock of Cashel.

Danielle Neyts, Tourism Ireland Belgium, said: “We are delighted these travel agents took time out of their busy schedules to come and experience what Tipperary has to offer Belgian holidaymakers. Our aim is that when they return home, the travel agents will be even more enthusiastic about the destination, helping to secure a greater share of their business for Tipperary and Ireland.”
