Marianne Cleary, Thurles joined the roll of honour for Criochnoiri (Finishers of the full Irish pilgrim journey) in the last few weeks. She is pictured on her final ascent of Cnoc na dTobar pilgrim mountain in Co Kerry while accompanied by the Chairman of Pilgrim Paths Ireland, John G O’Dwyer. She was afterwards awarded a Teastas Oilithreachta (Completion Certificate) from Ballintubber Abbey, Co Mayo.
