Borrisoleigh Mile
On Monday 23rd April, St Joseph’s College Borrisoleigh is hosting a fundraiser in conjunction with Borrisoleigh Track Attack. Participants will run a mile on the track in Borrisoleigh with hand crafted slate Track Attack trophies going to the fastest competitors in a range of categories: First 3 senior men, First 3 senior women, first under 18 boy, first under 18 girl, first man over 40, 50 and 60, first woman over 40, 50 and 60. If you are not the competitive type or not a runner you may walk and join in the fun. Refreshments will be provided afterwards at the school. Registration takes place at St Joseph’s College from 6 30pm to 7 30pm and the race begins at 8pm. All are welcome and we encourage as many as possible to give it a go. The entry fee is 10 euro for adults and 5 euro for under 18s. Each runner will be chip timed by Premier Timing Services. We look forward to welcoming all to join in the mayhem at what promises to be a great active and sociable evening.
