  • Holycross Abbey – Offering year round guided tours to all primary and post primary schools, (with interactive graded worksheets) of Holycross Abbey.  Participants get to see, and hear about the history of this restored 12c Cistercian Abbey, now a working parish church, uniquely delivered by local volunteer tour guides.   • The Source Arts Centre – Thurles is a multi functional building that houses Thurles Library, Historical/Genealogy Centre, 250 seater Auditorium and Gallery space.
