Devilsbit Young Farmers Group:
Our Young Farmers Group had another outing tonight to Jim Delahunty’s dairy farm in Carrig, Roscrea. Jim has a superb dairy set up and it was fantastic to get the opportunity to see his farm and have him speak to us.

Capers Competition:
Well done to our superb Capers cast & crew who gave an absolutely amazing performance last night in Birr. The Capers act, “Mass Time” was written and directed by our own member, Eimear Meagher. The cast & crew consisted of Catherine Maher (props and producer), Diarmaid Meagher (Musician), Frank Hayes, Eoin Bourke, Helen Hayes, Joe Maher, Caoimhe Egan, Paudie Meade, John Keane, Joe McGrath, Conor O’Dea, Maebh Campion, Mary Joyce & Bill Bergin. While Devilsbit will not be progressing to the next round, they did club and county proud with Frank Hayes winning the Over Best Male Performer and Maebh Campion receiving a nomination for best Female Performer. Well done to our fantastic cast and crew who gave a terrific performance in Birr last weekend.
Macra’s Toughest Club:
Devilsbit are hosting a new and exciting event, Macra’s Toughest Club. We will be running a variety of competitions throughout the day in Roscrea Rugby club followed by a night of wining and dining with fantastic music in Racket Hall Country House Hotel. Upcoming Events:
GAMES NIGHT continues every Monday in Clonmore hall 7.30-9.30pm. This is a great opportunity to socialise win club members and to play various games such as badminton, pool and board games.
JIVING- Many of our Club members have started a jiving course in Fitzpatricks pub in Clonmore which has been a huge success to date.
NORTH TIPP MYSTERY TOUR – we hope to join forces with he other clubs in North Tipp and go on a MYSTERY TOUR 28th Jan. If members or potential members are interested, please get in touch.
NATIONAL TALENT COMPETITION county round will take place 10th Feb. We are looking for entrants for ballad group, novelty act, solo singing, solo instrumental and question time.
