North Tipperary Macra na Feirme notes
This Friday night the 9th September, Nenagh Macra will host the North Tipperary Question Time competition in Rocky’s Bar Nenagh at 9pm. The quiz will commence after the North Tipperary September Executive Meeting beginning at 8pm.
The club will raise money on the night for Bru Columbanus, which is an accommodation facility for families of sick patients in Cork Hospital.
The top two Macra teams on the night will go through to the Macra National Finals in October. A great night is expected with finger food and raffle during the quiz. Entry is €5. Hope to see you there!

Newport Macra will be planning their AGM in the coming weeks. Newport is planning an exciting and fun filled year ahead. More details to follow!

Congratulations to Thomas Hayes of Devilsbit Macra who did both his club and North Tipperary Macra proud in the FBD “Young Farmer of the Year 2016” semi-finals in Louth on Tuesday. Thomas competed against members from all over Ireland in several categories. We hope Thomas enjoyed his experience.
