Directors responsibilities under Company Law – Free workshop in Thurles on 28th September
If you are a Director of a Company then you need to know the key changes under the new Companies Act. Local Enterprise Office Tipperary will hold a FREEinformation session at Thurles Chamber Enterprise Centre on Wednesday 28 September at 2.30pm.
The workshop will also include information on:-
- Directors responsibilities under company law, disclosure and accountability
- Directors fiduciary duties and where to find them
- The new Companies Act – the key changes
The presentation will take approximately one hour and there will be time allocated afterwards for any Questions and Answers
