Annual 1916 Rising Commemoration in Templemore
The Annual Tipperary Ogra Fianna Fáil 1916 Rising Commemoration will take place on Easter Sunday 27 March at 11 am at the Town Hall, Templemore. This Event is the oldest Easter Republican Commemoration held in Mid Tipperary and always has a big attendance. Following his recent election to Dáil Éireann Deputy Jackie Cahill will deliver the oration. A new tricolour flag presented by Tim Maher to the organising committee to mark the 100 Anniversary of the 1916 Rising will be flown for the first time on Easter Sunday. All welcome.
