Nenagh Macra would like to wish our members and those that helped us throughout 2015 a peaceful and prosperous New Year all the best for 2016.
A large number of our members attended the Carrigaline Macra New Years Eve Ball in the Radisson Blue, Little Island. Our members thoroughly enjoyed the drinks reception followed by the 5 course meal. The entertainment on the night was excellent and a great time was had by all. Thanks to the committee for organising a great night. Our members danced until the late hours of New Year’s morning.
Our first monthly meeting of the New Year will be on Thursday at 9 in Rocky’s Pub, Nenagh. New members are always welcome
Devilsbit Macra Na Feirme
It has been a very busy Christmas and new year for the members of Devil’s Bit Macra.
The club recently purchased club jerseys for its members. These jerseys were kindly sponsored by John Fitzpatrick and Fitzpatrick’s Country Club Clonmore. John Fitzpatrick recently presented these jerseys to the club. Devil’s Bit would like to thank John for his sponsorship and for his continued support for the club.
On New Year’s Eve club members travelled to the South Tipp and Carrigaline Macra New Years Eve Ball. It was a great night and one which was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. Thanks to the organisers of this successful event.
Devil’s Bit Macra will hold the North Tipperary Macra round of the question time quiz next Fridaynight at 9p.m in Michael Finn’s Pub Templemore. All members are encouraged to attend. Anyone interested in taking part or joining Devil’s Bit Macra are also welcome on the night.
New members are always welcome in Devil’s Bit. Anyone interested can attend any events being held by the club or can contact any club member for details.
