Home Repossessions set to Escalate in Tipperary

Leading speakers Ross Maguire SC and Paul Carroll, Bankruptcy expert, to speak at public forum in The Strand Hotel, Limerick, next Wednesday.

The latest home repossession cases that have been listed in the courts across the country during the month of January show staggering figures. 125 cases listed in Tipperary alone, as well as the following figures in neighbouring areas – 115 cases in Limerick, 100 cases in Clare and 110 cases in Kerry. New Beginning estimate these figures will grow into the very high thousands this year and the reality is the Irish court system is ill-equipped to deal with this.

“Up to 30,000 could lose homes to repossession, and in the last week alone the number is 1400, which is unheard of for Ireland,” said Chairman of New Beginning, Ross Maguire.

Alongside home repossessions, there are still over 90,000 distressed mortgages in Ireland. Issues like these and more will be discussed openly over the coming weeks at public forums nationwide.

New Beginning will host a practical “Join The Tide of Recovery” seminar in The Strand Hotel, Ennis Road, Limerick on Wednesday 11th February at 7.30pm.

We are bringing our free of charge “Join The Tide of Recovery” seminars to all four provinces of Ireland. Seminars will be informative and practical gatherings for those in need of real debt advice.

The goal of our “Join The Tide of Recovery” National Roadshow is to inform people of their options in relation to debt. The New Year is upon us and 2015 is an important time to give people a proper understanding of the options available to them, including Insolvency and Bankruptcy. At present not all financial institutions are sharing this information openly.

These seminars will explain the following:

– Dealing with the banks

– The Mortgage Arrears Resolution Process and how to protect my family home

– Personal Insolvency – how it works and can it work for me?

– Bankruptcy – how it works and what does it mean? Our in-house specialist, Paul Carroll of New Beginning Bankruptcy Services will be on hand to answer questions.

Ross Maguire SC, Chairman of the New Beginning Group will be available to speak with you at these gatherings along with Bankruptcy expert, Paul Carroll.

Ross Maguire believes that people have a right to access all information regarding debt and the many options that are available to us, often times unbeknownst to many. He will impart this knowledge with you and empower you to go forward to the next step towards financial independence.

“It is evident there are many people struggling financially who have not had access or the confidence to gain access to the information New Beginning provide to thousands across the country. We at New Beginning understand the complexity of this issue. We need to ensure that people are fully educated in this area and that they have the Know How. This is what we are about at New Beginning”.

New Beginning strives to provide individuals with the relevant information to aid their financial recovery so we can aid the overall recovery of Ireland.
