Templemore College Launches its New Hairdressing Salon

As the centrepiece of Launch Pad 2014 on the evening of May 29thlast, International Hairstylist Kieran O’Gorman officially opened the new Hairdressing Salon in Templemore College.

In his address Mr O’Gorman remarked that the new hairdressing salon was the ‘highest standard education facility for hairdressing in the country’. He pointed to the long tradition in the College for the highest quality facilities, however this new facility may even surpass this standard.

He concluded by wishing the College well with the new facility and promised to return on a regular basis.

Principal of the College Dr Noel Colleran thanked Kieran for his on-going support to the Hairdressing Department in the College. He added ‘this new development is evidence of the commitment of the College to provide facilities of the highest standard in all our courses’. He concluded ‘while our hairdressing courses are full for the coming year there are other courses in the College with places still available’.
