The Tipperary Under 21 Football team to play Clare in the Cadbury Munster GAA Football Under 21 Championship Semi-Final on Wednesday at 7:30pm in Milltown Malbay shows 1 change from the first round victory over Waterford. Liam McGrath replaces Josh Keane at corner-forward while full-forward and vice-captain Michael Quinlivan will lead out the team in the absence of injured captain John Meagher.
