Tipperary launch of Darkness into Light 2014 supported by Electric Ireland
Joan Freeman, CEO of suicide and self-harm crisis centre Pieta House, will launch Darkness into Light 2014 with Electric Ireland in The Premier Hall, Thurles on Monday, 31st March at 6.30pm. Taking place on Saturday, 10th of May, Darkness into Light is a unique, early morning fundraising event which begins in darkness at 4.15am as thousands of people walk or run a 5km route while dawn is breaking. This year, Darkness into Light will take place in 39 locations and for the first time there will be two Tipperary venues – Cashel and Roscrea.
