Have your say in relation to Training & Education for business in Tipperary
Members of the North Tipperary Economic Working Group, which comprises representatives from the Local Authority, IDA, Enterprise Ireland, the Education and Training Board, Teagasc, LIT, North Tipperary Leader Partnership and the County Enterprise Board, are inviting businesses to share their views and give input into the County training and education plan. Two focus groups have been organised for March: Tuesday 4 March, Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh – 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m and Thursday 6 March, Anner Hotel, Thurles – 8.00a.m. to 10.00a.m. Recommendations from the 2 breakfast events will be considered by all the training and education bodies in Tipperary and will help to inform the County’s training and education strategy going forward. The participation of small and medium sized enterprise and indeed large scale employers is central to the success of the focus group exercise which is the third phase of the working group’s exercise which involved a training needs analysis and an examination of training provision in North Tipperary.
