This is more than just another Frankie Valli tribute act. The star, writer, producer, choreographer and only member of the show is the super talented Stephen James. He really is the nearest to Frankie Valli as you are ever likely to hear, re-creating Valli’s trademark falsetto and New Jersey accent with absolute perfection.
The show spans three decades of music, telling the story of the struggle Frankie Valli faced before his sudden rise to fame in 1962 with The Four Seasons. It is brilliantly sewn together and aided cleverly by video projection, which forms a back drop to the whole show. The picture slides are expertly narrated in way that takes the audience on an historical journey that plots the rise to fame of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons that goes above and beyond what most tribute acts achieve.
