New Season at The Source Arts Centre

The Source Arts Centre is delighted with all the positive feedback about the range of top quality there is plenty more where that came from! We have a very exciting line up this season acts that have graced the stage over the last few months, so roll on the winter months because and are delighted to debut more Irish and international artists as well as some old favourites. A great variety of events to suit all tastes and pockets.

 

On Friday 18 October pianist Hugh Tinney & violinist Catherine Leonard make a welcome return to The Source Arts Centre to perform sonatas by Beethoven, Brahms and Fauré. A magical evening of classical music by two of Ireland’s foremost musicians is promised.

Saturday 26 October A Wine Goose Chase– sit back in The Source Café & Bar and let Susan Boyle fill your glass (literally) as she takes you on a takes you on a trip with the tenacious Irish people who transformed the wine world.

 

Wednesday 13 & Thursday 14 November Beyond the Brooklyn Sky, written by Michael Hillard Mulcahy and directed by Peter Sheridan. A stellar group of actors will grace the stage, among them O’Sullivan Beara and Tom Crean star, Aidan Dooley. There’s lots of real life stories  with some very real characters and some of the best actors in the Country. Director Peter Sheridan says ‘It’s the best first time play I’ve ever read in all my  years working in the Theatre.” Peter recently Directed The Shawshank Redemption and I Keano at the Olympia theatre. You will be riveted from the start.
