Phil Hogan Summoned to High Court over Household Charge

The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Phil Hogan has been served with a summons to appear in the High Court for failing to answer a number of questions pertaining to the Household Charge. A copy of the notices he received can be read by clicking here.
