Borrisokane Cine Club
The Clarke Memorial Hall in Borrisokane is in the process of setting up a Cine Club with the invaluable assistance, advice and support of Ken Curran from the Cloughjordan Cine Club.
Our first venture will be a screening of the wonderful french film Amelie, (Certificate 15), Sunday 30th October 2011 at 8pm. The aim of the Cine Club will be to host a variety of movies – both Irish and international – and one we would be very keen to host is Stella Days, starring Martin Sheen, as there is a strong local interest. We would love to welcome you to our first showing this Sunday, after which there will be an opportunity to discuss what direction the club could take.
