Corrigan Brothers- Shay Healy song Dedicated to the Dublin All Ireland Winning team 2011

Corrigan Brothers- the band who have amassed over seven million you tube hits with the international hit “There’s no one as Irish as Barack Obama” and reached the American top 40 have joined forces with Eurovision song winning writer Shay Healy to celebrate Dublin’s historic All Ireland Football Final win with their new song – Gilroy’s Heroes

Ger Corrigan  told Tipp Tatler “before the winning point went over the bar Shay Healy was on to me to join him in writing a song to celebrate the great achievement by Pat Gilroy’s men. We recorded it on Monday and are delighted with the result”.  Ger continued “Shay was in a state of Euphoria and just couldn’t let the occasion go without a song. It was a remarkable achievement for Dublin especially in the context of the victory over a fantastic Kerry team”
