Quality Awareness Programme Course… A Childminding Must!!
North Tipperary County Childcare Committee are offering Childminders and those thinking of becoming a childminder a training course called the Quality Awareness Programme This course will be held over five evenings in September and October in Nenagh (see below) and covers topics such as the business side of childminding, health and safety, hygiene and an overview of child development and play. Participants receive a certificate of attendance on completion of the course.
You will get to an opportunity to meet other Childminders/potential Childminders in the area and they will be of great support to you in the future. The course will also give you the confidence to set up and run your own childminding business in a professional manner. Please remember a childminder is the first educator of the child so therefore you need all the help that you can receive.
Lots of events are organised throughout the year for Childminders in North Tipperary to give you the opportunity to meet other Childminders, to up skill and to have a coffee!!
A Quality Awareness Programme will be held for you in Tyone Community Centre, Nenagh over five weeks – September 20th,27th .October 4th,12th 18th Time 7.30-9.30
