The R445 (old N7) will also close between Toomevara and Dunkerrin from 1pm until 4:30pm
This is for the visit of President Barack Obama. Alternative routes will be in place.
The M7 will close from J22 Roscrea to J25 Nenagh Centre from 1pm until 4:30pm today
Traffic will be diverted from J22 Roscrea via the N62 to Templemore, on to Borrisoleigh Rd (R501) and the Nenagh Rd (R498) where traffic can re-enter the M7 at J25 and vice versa.
