The latest draft Timetable (draft 5 dated 6th May) for the National Community Games Finals, Weekend 1 on 27th to 29th May can be found on our website at www.tipperarycommunitygames.com. Details concerning the issue of Tipperary Tracksuits/Singlets for the forthcoming National Finals weekend can also be found there.
National Community Games have also recently issued an updated Activities Rulebook (updated April 2011) which can be found at www.communitygames.ie or on our Tipperary website.
Swimming Results from Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th May will be available on our website this week.
Upcoming Community Games fixtures for Tipperary are below:-
The County Finals of Tag Rugby will be played in Fethard Rugby Club on Sunday 22nd May commencing at 11am. All teams should have confirmed participation or not to the County Co-Ordinator, Declan O’Shea by now.
The County Rounders Finals for Girls & Boys U/13 & U/15 will be held in the Old CBS School Grounds, Roscrea (same venue as last year) on Saturday 4th June 2011. Can all areas who have entered teams please confirm with Rounders Co-Ordinator Michael England as to whether their teams will be competing on the day. Michael’s contact details are 0505 21776. The starting time for competition will be confirmed once all teams have checked in with Michael. Please note for any new teams who will be attending, the Rounders competitions take some time to play & it is advisable to bring a packed lunch/chairs/picnic rug.
The County Skittles Finals will be held in Hillview, Clonmel on Sunday 5th June. Can all teams be there by 1.30pm for practice with the competition to start at 2pm.
The County Athletics Finals will be held in Templemore Track on Sunday 26th June. Parade will start at 11.30am with competition commencing at 12 noon. Entries to Kathleen England by Friday 3rd June. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after that date. Entry forms can be obtained from Kathleen England.
