We found out a few weeks ago that our Club was to receive the Tipperary Club of the Year for the Third Year in a row which was great news, the club has gone from strength to strength in the last couple of years with the help of a great committee and volunteers that puts so much work into our very busy year, on the night Chairman Willie Jones and his son William received the Award on behalf of the 14 teams and the 90 Individual Competitors from the ages of 8 to 16 that took part in Community Games this year with our Club. The Second award which was announced on the night a “National Volunteer Award” was picked up by our hard working Club Secretary and Ass. County Secretary Joan Hogan for her many years of hard work with her Club and County.
