Little Gem and The Chamber Philharmonic Europe’s ‘Powerful Emotions Tour’ come to Nenagh Arts Centre
Nenagh Arts Centre is presenting the award-winning ‘Little Gem’ on Tuesday May 10th.
With love, sex, birth, death and salsa classes ‘Little Gem’ sees three generations of Dublin women taken on a wild, hilarious and constantly surprising journey. The play from Guna Nua Theatre Company expertly blends slapstick humour and sharp comic timing with strength, courage and honesty. This play by Elaine Murphy is really one for a night out with the girls. The show has swept the boards since its sell out run as part of the 2008 Dublin Fringe Festival. It was also the surprise hit of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the first ever Irish production to receive the prestigious Carol Tambor Award.
Tickets are €20 or at a special concession rate of €15 to OAP’s, unwaged and students. Tickets are available online at www.nenagharts.com. The performance starts at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, 10th May.
