Tipperary Camogie Notes 19th July

Intermediate Munster Final

Tipperary 0-19  Cork 1-07

Congratulation’s to our victorous intermediate team who defeated Cork last wednesday night in the intermediate munster final played in Bruff gaa grounds co.Limerick.

The girls were in flying form and went into the break seven points up with the score board reading Tipp 0-10 Cork 0-03 and in the second half Tipp continued to pile on the pressure and with a superb team performance pulled away from Cork and were deserving winners on the night.

Well done to team and management on a fantastic team performance ,great display by these young ladies intermediate munster champions , well done.

Intermediate Championship

Best wishes to our intermediate girls who take on Laois in round four of the championship next saturday 24th.

Minor Munster Semi-Final

Tipperary V Limerick

All the best to our minor panel who take on Limerick in the camogie grounds the Ragg on wednesday night 20th july in the munster semi-final.

U16 A Championship

Hard luck to our U16 A team who were defeated by Galway last friday night and best wishes in your next game against Wexford on Sunday 24th july in the camogie drounds the Ragg.

U16 B Championship

Best wishes to our U16 B team who will be playing against Meath next sunday 24th also in the Ragg.

U14 Development Blitz

Our U14 panels travelled down to Dungarvan co.Waterford last sunday to compete in the waterford blitz and it was fantastic to see our A team reach the final where they took on Cork who were the same opposition they had played in the Dublin blitz in the final on the previous weekend but this time the girls made no mistake and completely blew Cork away with a fantastic team performance with the score board reading at the final whistle Tipp 3-08 Cork 1-02.

Well done girls a great performance  and a well deserved victory.

Hard luck to the B panel who narrowly lost their first game drew their second game and again unlucky to loose their third game but tried very hard and just found scores hard to come by on the day, but well done to all concerned.

Under 8 County Blitz

Well done to all the teams that took part in the blitz last saturday in the Ragg, the girls were fantastic and played their hearts out and what a fantastic sight to see some many kids on the field displaying their skills and no doubt some of which will be stars of the future, well done to all concerned.
