Senior Squad Fund Raiser With Kens Kettlebell

Well done to everybody that came along last Sunday morning to support the senior squad fund raising event in association with Kens Kettlebell in the camogie grounds, a great crowd turned up and i think everyone would agree it was a great success and a very enjoyable workout in the summer sunshine and lot’s of fun was had by everyone that came to support the girl’s and it was such a success that we are going to run the event again in the not too distant future and hope that an even bigger crowd turn’s up again the next day so well done to all concerned and especially Kens Kettlebell who really made it a fantastic day.

Challenge Games

Our senior and intermediate teams travelled down to Limerick last weekend and had a good workout against the LImerick senior & intermediate squad’s , our senior’s drew with their game and our intermediate’s had a good win so preparation’s are going well for our girl’s  and they finished off a great weekend with a bonding session on the river Shannon with a special thanks to the Shannon side rowing club for looking after our girl’s .
