Enterprise Board introduces new business therapy programme

The Tipperary North County Enterprise Board’s Autumn training calendar targets both potential and existing entrepreneurs (see advert on back page).  A new business therapy programme titled SMACHT involving four intensive workshops backed by individual support is the Board’s latest offering and will be rolled out this autumn delivered by well known business coach and trainer Padraig O’Maille.   SMACHT requires owner/managers to commit to 4 half day intensive workshops (one per month) and sessions will address Strategy, Money, Attitude, Connections, Health and Time Management. Participants will be expected to set clear and measurable goals at the outset which will be measured throughout the programme.  Each participant will be allocated a ‘Smacht Cara’ from the group – a mentor/coach to work with to give feedback and check on progress.  Peer accountability is seen as a very powerful and motivating element of this new programme.  SMACHT will commence on 26 September and places are limited to just 14 so early booking is essential.

The Enterprise Board is the “first stop shop” for anyone looking to start or grow a business and meetings can be arranged at their Nenagh or Thurles offices.  Contact the Tipperary North County Enterprise Board, Connolly Street, Nenagh at 067-33086, www.tnceb.ie or e-mail info@tnceb.ie.  County and City Enterprise Boards are funded by the Irish Government and by the European Union.
