Under 12: Our Under 12s qualified for the county final after a great win over Ballina on a scoreline of 1-04 to 1-02 with Lucy Spain getting four points and Meave Hassett getting the goal. Check our Facebook page for details of the final.


Under 14: Our Under 14s defeated Kilruane in the Community Games semi final on Friday last in Nenagh. They played Burgess on Tuesday in the final. Please check our Facebook page for the result.

Under 14: Our under 14s were defeated by Drom & Inch in the county final last Wednesday in the Ragg on a scoreline of 3-04 to 2-04. Its a great achievement getting to two county finals in a row and shows the dramatic progress camogie has made in the parish in recent years. Thanks to the great panel of players and their mentors and we wish them well in the Feile finals next July.

Junior:  Our junior team have entered the Munster Junior A league this year and are due to play our opening game onJune 7. We have been drawn with Burgess, Newport and Clarecastle.
Civic Reception: There will be a civic reception Friday 31st May in the Council Offices on the Limerick Road at6:30pm. This is to honour all our teams who won competitions last year. All players, members, families, supporters and mentors are invited to attend.

Feile: On May 31st in The Hibernian Inn the club are hosting a Come Dine With Me fundraiser to help secure funds for our Feile team who have qualified for the All Ireland finals for the very first time. Celebrity chef for the event is former Munster and Irish rugby player Trevor Hogan and tickets are thirty euro for two or twenty euro for one, available from any committee member. The team are also seeking sponsorship from businesses and private individuals. If you are interested in supporting the team please contact any committee member.
Exams: Best wishes to all our players and supporters who are sitting college exams and those who are preparing to sit the Junior and Leaving Certificate. We look forward to seeing you all back in the field once the exams are over. Players who haven’t made an appearance yet this year are always welcome to return at any stage.
