AutoPower Rathgormack ‘5’ Next Friday

The fourth and final race in this year’s Outfield Sports Three-Counties Challenge will be the annual AutoPower 5-mile road race in Rathgormack on Friday next, August 5th.This very popular race rounds off what has been a hugely successful series with large numbers of athletes participating over distances of 5km, 5 miles and 10km.Any athlete who completes all four races will receive a €25 Asics voucher for Outfield Sports while there will be a series souvenir for those who complete three races.
Race entry is €10 and registration will be at the Hiking Centre in Rathgormack from 6:00pm.The race will start at 7:30pm.Post-race refreshments and prize-giving for all the usual categories will also be at the Hiking Centre.For further information contact Mark (086-1608165) or Johnny (086-8483210).
Meet ‘n Train
Training continues every Tuesday from the Sean Kelly Sports Centre at 7pm.There is a variety of routes and training groups to suit everyone and all are welcome.
