Martin Fogarty representing North Tipperary in the Mr Personality Festival

Martin Fogarty from Moyne/Templetuohy Macra na Feirme will be representing North Tipperary in the Mr Personality festival in Kilkenny this weekend. The event this year will be held on the 15th and 16th in the Springhill Court Hotel in Kilkenny City. Martin is the club’s secretary and is involved in several competitive events including National Talent Competition, Debating, Public Speaking, and Basketball as well as farming related events such as Stock Judging. Martin is 24 and comes from Holycross, his hobbies include swimming, hiking, playing music and writing games.

The Moyne/Templetouhy club are the current holders of the North Tipp Club of the year award and recently organised a fund raiser for the Saoirse Foundation the first of its kind in Tipperary. Martin is a graduate of the Tipperary Institute with a BSc in Computing in IT and currently works in Moyne in the IT Department in the Lisheen Mine. North Tipperary Macra na Feirme would like to wish Martin the best of luck in the competition representing both his club and region. On April 16

North Tipperary Macra will host the Debating semi-finals in the Parish Centre, Borrisoleigh, starting at 7.30 p.m. all are welcome. On Holy Thursday night North Tipperary will hold its monthly Executive meeting in Cullens of Moyne at 8.30 p.m. On the same night Moyne Macra will hold a Table quiz in Cullens with proceeds in aid of Tidy Towns
