Step into spring with the new season at The Source

There is something for everyone in the new jam packed brochure from The Source Arts Centre in Thurles. From comedy to theatre to world class music it is all happening in the heart of Tipperary.

The spring season promises to be a real hit with music lovers offering a lineup that includes the ‘voice of Ireland’ himself, Tommy Flemming, the legendary Frankie Gavin and De Dannan, making their Source debut, as is singer / songwriter Paddy Casey. Classical Music  fans will be treated to a wonderful performance by The Chamber Philharmonic Europe and the amazing musician Preston Reed who according to Total Guitar magazine is ‘The World’s most gifted guitarist’ will be making a rare appearance.

The laughs will be coming thick and fast as Colin Murphy returns to The Source with his latest side splitting show. He is joined in the funny bone tickling department by the demented Joe Rooney, also known as Father Damo and Timmy from Killinaskully.

In Theatre this season, we see the return of the hilarious Little Gem, back by popular demand after it’s sell out performance last year. We have the moving story of the life of Liza Minnelli told through words and song in Somewhere Under the Rainbow, and are delighted to be presenting Peter Sheridan as he conjures up the sights and sounds of 1960’s Dublin in Forty Seven Roses.

To top it all off, the crew from Faulty Towers are back! Join Basil Sybil and Manuel for a chaotic two course meal served with a huge dollop of physical comedy.

The spring season is now on sale. Please call the Box Office if you haven’t already had your free brochure in the post. For Bookings please call  0504 90204 or log on to www.thesourceartscentre.ie
