Aonach Ar Siul, Nenagh Walking Club

On Sunday 25th July we visit the Sliabh Blooms, Eddie Spain will lead a four hour walk suitable for all levels of fitness. This is Fraughan Sunday in the Sliabh Blooms. Proper walking gear is important.
Depart Kenyon Street car park Nenagh at 11am and Cadamstown at 12noon.
On Sunday 1st August we climb Maithair Cle Kilcommon. This walk is in excess of three hours and requires a good level of fitness. Depart Kenyon Street car park at 11am and Kilcommon Hall at noon.
Check in at Kilcommon Hall prior to walk. Refreshments after walk. A voluntary contribution will be required for this walk. Proper Walking is important. Local participation very welcome.
Evening walks as follows July 20th Keeper Hill, July 27th Lanigans Tower Latteragh, August 3rd Silvermines Ridge, August 10th Devils Bit, August 17th Coum Woods. All evening start at 7.30pm from venue. Full details on www.nenaghwalk.ie
Extra event on Saturday 24th July there is a river walk in the Castleconnel area. Duration is about two to two and a half hours. refreshments will be available. The train from Nenagh to Castleconnel can be used to avail of this event. Departing Nenagh at 11am, Departing Castleconnel at 5pm, Train fare is €8. All are welcome . Proper gear is important.
